Spanish translation of the ILSI Europe Concise Monographs
During 2000, ILSI Press published the Spanish translation of the ILSI Europe Concise Monographs Biotechnology Introduction and Nutritional and Health Aspects of Sugars. ILSI South Andean translated both of these monographs.
